4 cloves
Directions:
Push the
cloves into the lemon. Put them into a saucepan along with the wine,
the sugar and the cinnamon sticks. Bring them to simmering point and
then simmer gently,with a lid on, for about 2-4 minutes (until
warmed). Remove from the heat, add the brandy, strain and enjoy!
Easy Does It
Red or white wine Directions: Bring wine and about 1 cup water to a boil. Steep with 2 or 3 Glühfix bags (or a full tea ball) for 5 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
