Are they still helpful
Is Fritz still there?
A friend said he sent an email and just got no response so was a bit surprised.

Anyone with updated experiences?

I have gotten great and prompt responses from the Expat Centre in the past and in the last few weeks.

I suggest your friend try again, some emails do go astray.

I was there a few months back and Fritz was there indeed.

Very helpful, provided a lot of relevant information. A great service indeed.
