Help! Can anyone pelase tell me where to get this? When we ask for Weisen Gluten, I get shown a cold product in the fridge section. I am looking for this to make bread have a higher gluten content and also to make some vegan food. Thanks for any suggestions. I have tried Bio Maran and a few RefirmHaus near Landstrausse Hauptstrasse.
Thank you! |

I love gluten. In my bread and in my faux meats! Don't even get me started on the "gluten free" movement. No disrespect to the not-insignificant proportion of the population who actually have celiac disease (or the smaller portion with wheat allergy). My sister asked if I was thinking about cutting out gluten when I told my family I wasn't eating eggs or dairy anymore. I think she was joking...or..I hope. But I love my gluten!
I too wonder about how it is made! Vital makes it sound like it is..alive or something! |
