Bizeps (Behindertenberatungszentrum Bizeps)
Our centre exists since 1994. We are a group of independent-living disabled activists who, in accordance with the philosophy of the international independent-living movement, strongly believe that concerning our needs and claims it is we who can best speak for ourselves. Our aim is to improve the qualitiy of living for disabled people and to fight for equal rights in our society. We offer Counseling to enable and encourage people with disabilities to actively change and improve their lives. Furthermore we are also politically active in that we articulate our claims and raise our voices against any kind of discrimination.
