A popular location with students due to its proximity to the university, Charlie P’s is a good spot to meet a diverse, international crowd. This pub’s specialty are its filled pita breads and self-brewed beer, which earned it quite a reputation with locals as well as with visitors. Perhaps Vienna’s most popular location for watching Champion’s League and Premier League matches, this pub located right below the U6 subway (which goes above ground for quite a bit on its way), is a great location if you are into Indie Rock and enjoy an alternative crowd. With live concerts, theme parties and sporting events, there’s enough to do to stick around several days during a week. This pub in Vienna’s inner city has made a name for itself with its own brews and great food.
