So… how do you say it in German and where can you find it? I’m guessing frozen….

Its called Blattkohl. I have found them in Hofer or any other supermarket, but it might depend on whether its the season for them. You could also try the markets. You may even find them at the asian stores such as Nakwon.

Well now, ain’t that a blip!! All these years I’ve been making a poor substitute out of the Kholrabi tops everybody discards and the whole time collards are in the (freezer?). I’d kick myself if I could – Jeez! 😳 Further thanks Forest!!!
