My friend has got a DUI. He was caught by the cops while he was returning from a party. He was tested with a .11 in the blood test. Is there any possible way to get out of this? We are thinking of getting a dui defence lawyer, but would that really help? Actually, we are planning a trip to the US. so worried if this would affect our trip. I think once convicted of dui, it can cause a problem while traveling. Any ideas about this? Any advice would be very helpful.
