Hi. Anyone here knows how to invite? Such as requirements etc…
My mother lives in the middle east and I want to invite her for a vacation here in Vienna.
Thanks a lot
Kira
“Electronic letter of invitation“ (elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung) =
EVE This service is free of charge and provided by the local aliens police (or District Commission, Federal Police Directorate and at any police station in Vienna). Please check with the nearest police station to find out where you can submit the EVE. The police station dealing with your EVE will forward the information to the Austrian Embassy within 48 hours. You will receive an ID-number which the visa applicant should provide at the interview.
Documents required for an EVE are:
· Passport or Personal ID Card
· Police registration
· Recent bank statement
· Last payslip
· Tenancy Agreement
· Passport number of visa applicant
· Date of birth of visa applicant
· Place of birth of visa applicant
· Address of visa applicant
Please note that Verpflichtungserklärungen legalized by a notary are no longer accepted.
This also applies for business applications.
Vielen Dank :3
I wanna visit Austria, and i have a friend and he lives in Austria and did BM.I Elektronische Verpfichtungserklarung, and send the ID number for me. I took the ID number to Austria embassy and a worker there gave me a written paper for my requirement. In that requirement she told me to call the person who was inviting me to send me an Invitation letter. I have called my friend and let him know but he was confused and was asking where to get the invitation letter, that he has done what he knows better to do with the police over there in Austria. If any person have any idea please should let me know.
